TropiCon Katy Mills in Katy, TX is TropiCon's first ever one-day only event where we do nothing but the book expo.
Why?
Now that the hosts have kicked their boots off in their new home town near Katy, TX this event is Lynessa and A.J.'s way to bring their passion for book shows to their new community of fellow book lovers & book clubs, while also giving another platform to the talented authors in the Houston area as well as others from all around the country. After all, a reader can never have too many books, nor can they have too many favorite authors.

Yes, if we have enough turn out at Katy Mills and enough requests to shift to the full scale TropiCon.

Will you ever host a full-scale TropiCon Book Expo & Writing Convention anywhere else in Texas that isn't Katy?
Yes, if we think a location is suited for authors and readers to attend safely while avoiding over-saturated areas where book shows are already hosted.
