Author/Vendor Interest Forms

Below is a list of each location. Each location's interest form is on a colored button beneath the description. Please note that not all TropiCons are the same and vary between 2-3 days each. Pages-n-Palms is a subsidiary of TropiCon Book Expo and is a true one-day event. 

Please read the description before filling out the interest form(s).

Fast Layne LLC hosts events offering an escape for readers and a low-stress environment for our authors and vendors to pop up shop and sell their books and bookish wares at. Fast Layne has a no erotica and no politics policy. This means we provide family friendly, all-ages, (almost) all-genres event(s), and will not subject our attendees to nudity, lewd swag or displays, nor will we restrict our attendees/authors/vendors by political affiliations or pander to parties.

If you do not feel comfortable/safe offering everyone their first amendment rights under the United States Constitution, please do not apply. We deliver escapism from the pressures of the world. We will not break a reader's bubble and will not tolerate an author/vendor doing so.

If you do not feel comfortable/safe with us providing security with second amendment protection (whether in uniform or plain clothes), please do not apply.

The interest form is not a guarantee of acceptance into an event. Fast Layne Events are typically full within 24-48 hours of posting our forms. We do not discriminate (read policy) and select our authors/vendors as they come in, first-come, first-served basis. *Please note, Fast Layne reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke service to anyone we feel will be a detriment to our event/guest experience. 

If you are extended an invitation, you will first receive a Square contract with specific details and expectations for the show/event you applied to. Upon completion of the application, you will be invoiced where you will have a window to provide the mandatory deposit. If you cannot/do not agree to/with our terms, you are not a good fit for TropiCon or Pages-n-Palms.
